Bousmah Group was founded in 1992 by Dr. Mohamed Bousmah, PhD, and is run today by Managing Partner Achraf Bousmah, MSc. It owns and operates companies in technology, logistics, healthcare, financial services, education and real estate, and supports the Bousmah Foundation.
History
Founded in 1992
Dr. Mohamed Bousmah, PhD, established the family’s first business in 1992, in electronics and technology. Bousmah Group dates its history from that venture. Most of the companies in the current portfolio were established in later years.
Today the Group is run by his son, Managing Partner Achraf Bousmah, MSc, with Dr. Bousmah serving as Chairman. Its technical origins are still reflected in a portfolio that includes software, AI research and AI education.

Each portfolio company is independently branded and operated, with its own website, customers and operating responsibilities. Bousmah Group is the parent organization and provides ownership, leadership and long-term direction.
