Bousmah Group is run by Managing Partner Achraf Bousmah, MSc, who owns and leads its operating companies across the portfolio. His father, Dr. Mohamed Bousmah, PhD, founded the family’s first business, in electronics and technology, in 1992 and serves as Chairman.

Achraf Bousmah, MSc

He owns and leads its operating companies, with a focus on logistics, technology and finance, and on building the operating systems and teams that allow those businesses to scale. He has studied at Harvard Business School Executive Education and holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in London.

Dr. Mohamed Bousmah, PhD

He is a professor of information technology and an AI researcher whose work covers artificial intelligence, human–AI systems, educational technology and software engineering, including the research framework behind LLMography.
